Structure
We have a valve assembly and testing cell, equipped with the most advanced hydrostatic and pneumatic test bench technology, actuator assembly, ensuring that each valve we produce reaches the highest performance standards. Furthermore, we have specialized tools in Hart, Foundation Fieldbus and Profibus PA communication protocols that guarantee perfect integration with our customers' network systems. With a usable factory area covering an impressive 5,600 m2, we have enough space to produce efficiently and with quality. Our tests are monitored with High Definition (HD) cameras for remote inspection, ensuring continuous and accurate quality control, as well as safety for inspectors.
VALTEK work cell
The specialized assembly cell for Valtek products, which include FlowTop, Mark One, ShearStream, MaxFlo, Valdisk and others, plays a key role in ensuring that every valve we produce meets the highest quality standards. Furthermore, we maintain a strategic inventory to support our sales operations in South America, ensuring agile and efficient service to our customers. Our highly trained professionals are ready to provide world-class field service support, while our INMETRO/FM certified Logix 420/3800 positioners ensure the accuracy and reliability of our products. And to meet the most urgent demands, we have implemented a rapid shipping program for our standard FlowTop control valves, ensuring fast and reliable delivery times.
